In business, reality may seem unpredictable but the strengths and weaknesses are visible. The first week is filled with discussion in developing our product for the long run. My team goal is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our business/product. In able to identify it, we have to test some things and interview our specific target market which is students above 18 years old for the couple of of days. During the discussion through video call, we have identified the strengths and weaknesses of our business/product, for the strengths; it can help the students who badly need help or suffer from anything related to school/online class, might be the way for us Philippines to enter the smartest countries in the world, can help the students focus their mind and strengthen their heart, and most importantly help them achieved their goals & dreams by providing their needs with the best that we can do. For the weaknesses, I can see that students are afraid for this pandemic, who wouldn't be right? My team have to follow the health protocol for us to avoid bad circumstances, we have to implement social distancing and limit the customers for everybody's sake and for the business reputation. As per discussion, our team's decision on first week is to decide the amount of rate, foods, whether to approved or no to free access to computer, and interior design. All these decision are for the development of our business product were we can identify which area needs improvement and to boost more. As a student itself, I cannot afford to buy or avail expensive things, so the team decided to make rates of Phrontistery appealing and cost-friendly. I interviewed our target market which is students who also got interviewed in the past weeks. I sent them the list of rates including the explanation of inclusion of the specific rates and asked them if the price can fit to their budget as a students and all of them said yes, followed up questions are about the services they are willing to pay for, their meal preferred, and the interior design that fits to their taste. I also introduced to them the membership cards the team planned and developed, and ask our target market if they are willing to avail it. We have the bronze, silver, and gold membership card with different benefits.

As for the interior design and theme of Phrontistery, we have decided to follow the target market's taste which is the minimalist with organic and natural style. Below are the images of our layout Phrontistery hub.
Phrontistery will be located at Deocares Bldg., Hagkol, Sayre Highway, Valencia City, 8709 Bukidnon.
The team's option on first week is about the inclusion of the fees like rental of gadgets will be included in the entrance fee or not, if the entrance fee included with services offered or entrance fee separated from services offered. The team decided not to because we also have to earn profit by helping them. On the second week options is about the foods, whether snacks or meal but decided to mix it since the customer does have different moods and taste, at least we have two option to cater their wants. And to choose between free candies or free coffee, we decided to choose free candies because mind works faster when we chew something like candies.
We have learned on first week that we also have to put ourselves to their position because we are also student, even how privileged they are, they still want to go to study hub because they can find more peace and socialization in study hub. In business, not all suggestion or wants of our customers are need to be given, we also have to earn profit, to cater all their needs but if our business is at stake or put at risk then my team will choose to go for the right way. On the second week, we have learned that in everything we do, we have to trust God and pray always, ask for guidance and peace of mind to ensure everything is alright. Nothing is impossible, we just have to wait for God's timing.
